What is  Tactical Planning ? - I remember a time ever saw a comic that shows a football team gathered bow with a new quarterback who gave instructions for the next game. He said, "the count of three, I will receive the ball in the center, pretending to give it to Joe, pretend run to the right and then cut the circle into the left end and down the edge of the field line to score. "When the team broke from the crowd to return to their positions, one linesman switched to his friend and said, "You know, when I hear the count of three it and the ball moved, I would stand and watch.
