My Lord the Almighty,
I grow strong by resisting the tendency to weaken myself.
I could never hurt another person, without being deserves to be hurt with the more poignant.
If I was demeaning others in anger, then I will be humbled, by them and by you, in a way that I know of, or in a way that surprised me.
But, if I hold my anger because of my understanding that the treatment misses loving my neighbor, I'll be a soul who is loved by others, and that you love.
Lord, Bless this day is my attempt to become more powerful than my tendency to get angry.
I will strive to always be patient in righteousness, so that You make me personally a graceful and powerful, without having to be harsh.
